Antivirus, today announced that it has signed up Hussein Mohammed Hussein Zedan &
Partners Limited, better known as Zedan, as its distributor for Saudi Arabia. Zedan
will help promote and distribute ESET\'s award-winning anti-virus software, NOD32,
through its extensive network of resellers and IT dealers across the Kingdom.

outlets with NOD32's retail packs. Zedan will also provide the first level of
support and the second level of support will be done by ESET through phone or
e-mail.

"Zedan currently has 85 listed resellers of IT products that would be natural
outlets for NOD32. Zedan is potentially in a position to sell NOD32 to each of its
8,000 existing end-users of other Zedan IT products as well as to new users. Some of
these customers have very large networks. This is a fairly easy product to sell and
support and almost any supplier of technical services or products could carry it
with suitable technical back-up from Zedan," stated Mr. Neophytou.

Prior to the partnership, the Saudi Arabian market for ESET was addressed by one
single distributor and any enquiries from end users were directed directly to the
organisation. With ESET and NOD32 gaining increasing recognition in the country and
with demand increasing exponentially, ESET felt the need for a second distributor
who could help address the wide market better.

keep up with the growing demands and to also increase our growth rate in the
